Policies-(Refunds, Returns, Exchanges, Warranties)


If payment is made by check, delivery of title to the merchandise is subject to collection of the funds. I understand that if this is a credit purchase, it is subject to the terms and conditions of the credit agreement. Credit balances on merchandise paid for by check require 10 business days for reimbursement.

Returns & Exchanges

Bob Mills Furniture offers a 5 day return or exchange period after delivery of merchandise. All returns approved by this company are subject to a 10% restocking charge. Merchandise picked up at the dock must be returned to the store by the customer if returning or for service. Special orders may not be eligible for exchange or return. Unless otherwise noted, any item ("as-is", accessory, rug, bedding and electrical items may be excluded) may be returned within 5 days for a refund less a 10% restocking charge and delivery charges. Exchanges due to defects are allowed within 10 days of delivery. Merchandise must be in "like new" condition in the sole opinion of the Solution Center (Customer Service) department of Bob Mills Furniture Company, L.L.C. Approved customer refund over $100 only paid by company check

Short Term Layaway

Bob Mills Furniture Company, L.L.C. requires a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the sales price of the merchandise in layaway. The balance is due within 30 days of the initial deposit. If the layaway is cancelled by the customer at any time for any reason, Bob Mills Furniture Company will retain the deposit. Should the merchandise be temporarily out of stock, the customer is guaranteed the price of the goods at the time of purchase.

Special Order Merchandise

Bob Mills Furniture requires a non-refundable deposit of 40% for special order merchandise. The factory estimated shipping time is approximately 8-12 weeks. This is not a promise of delivery date, but an estimate from the factory of probable arrival and is subject to fabric and stock availability. Merchandise prices on the customer's order are subject to audit, and if any changes are required, the customer will be notified and an agreement reached prior to the order being placed with the factory.


Bob Mills Furniture Company, L.L.C. warrants for 12 months to the original purchaser (for non-commercial use) construction of the following: -Upholstered and Leather Furniture: springs, frame, seams or loss of resiliency of foam cushions. No replacement of fabric or leather. - Bedroom, Dining Room, and Dinette Furniture: defects in materials or workmanship, excluding finishes. - Mattresses: Are covered per the manufacturer's warranty for the mattress purchased. Bob Mills Furniture also offers the exclusive, Ninety-Nites program as outlined below.

Service Charges

First Year Service with Customer Paid Delivery on Original Purchase

  • Bob Mills Furniture will cover Delivery round trip
    • Delivery must be within 50 miles from Store
  • Labor is free within the first year
  • Parts are free within the first year

First Year Service for Customer with in store Pickup

  • Customer must drop off for repair
  • Delivery fee will be charged if service is requested (includes pickup/drop-off delivery fee)
  • Labor is free within the first year
  • Parts are free within the first year

After first year of items being purchased

  • $110 Service fee* (50 mile radius)
    • Includes up to  2 hours Labor
    • Covers in home repair and/or Delivery pickup and drop-off fee
    • Parts are free if covered by manufacture
  • Bob Mills Furniture will determine if item needs to be brought into store or if it can be repaired in home
  • If we attempt to repair in home and can't, we will bring into Bob Mills Furniture at no additional charge to customer.

  • If repair takes more than 2 hours to repair, Bob Mills Furniture will notify customer upfront.Every additional hour will be charged at $55 per hour.

"As Is", discontinued, or special purchase merchandise and accessories have no additional warranties and cannot be returned.
